First off, love the vibe and the high bar stool seating. Server was also attentive and welcoming. I had the house chop salad and butternut squash soup. The sale was excellent! Lots of goodies - pecans, cranberries, blue cheese, tomatoes, and avocado. The best part was the dressing! As we say in the islands, "broke the mout!" Delicious! The soup was tasty but not as hot as I would have liked. Not a deal- breaker. Will return. My son had the rib eye and it was gone in a flash! Must have been good. Also really appreciated that tge servers did not rush us. We could enjoy the food and company!

My husband and I were meeting for brunch and after seeing the wait time at SCBC, decided to come here instead and I'm glad we did - I didn't even know Timber had brunch, so it was a very pleasant surprise. For the table, we got an order of the focaccia and the meatballs. I got the baked Ricotta pancake. I asked our waitress if there were any potato sides (has browns, tots, etc) on the menu and she pointed out the potato rosti, so I tried that as well. I tried the focaccia with the triple creme Brie and it was delightful! The creme Brie really made it and the bread was soft and fluffy. I skipped the meatballs, but they certainly smelled great! The ricotta pancake was absolutely divine! It literally melts in your mouth, it's that tender. I was very very happy with this dish. The potato rosti was a bit of a letdown - it was like mushy hash browns and were barely seasoned. I would skip this next time. I was also disappointed by the lack of options for savory vegetarian brunch options, but all that said, I would definitely come back for the pancake alone!

I visit Omaha often from San Diego, and Timber is always a go-to spot! They've made a few changes to the menu, removing some old favorites, but the food is still consistently great. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in Omaha!

Was looking for this kind of restaurant on my business trip to Omaha. It did not disappoint. I ordered the ribs and sides of coleslaw and a wedge salad which was a nice option instead of fries. The ribs were so good I ate them all and I shouldn't have, I over ate. Only change would be for the wedge salad to come out first as I didn't have much time to eat it. Service was very friendly and the restaurant has a nice, comfortable layout and decor.

Timber Wood Fire Bistro! the food was really good and the mussels sauce was to die for! Not a tomato fan so I did take those off the pizza but still very good! I didn't know it came with them though and wish the menu clarified that! The crab cakes were decent but nothing too special, not sure how much I like crab cakes though. It was still very good tho and I would go back! Our service was amazing, and it wasn't too busy so we had a great time! Super nice inside! - Wood roasted mussels -Lobster augratin pizza -Shrimp and crab cakes

Returning again for some of their awesome brunch options! Again, they take reservations, so no wait during peak hours. Convenient parking, pleasant staff, and great food at a reasonable price. Cannot say enough about this restaurant. Appreciate the fact that there are specials that allow you to change things up periodically. Offering a full bar in a cozy atmosphere. Recommend the Timberwood fire bistro.
